Yamaha XVS1100 V-star RS air filter intake

Modified in house to fit the popular Yamaha XVS1100

Fits all models '98-'08 (Classic and Custom)

Washable and reusable filter

Utilises factory mounting points and factory rubber intake boot for easy installation.

Please note: This air filter will not work with our Rogue "Short Bob" exhaust.

Optional Jet kit is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as adding more air requires more fuel and will result in MORE POWER. A free flowing air filter with OEM (stock) jets will result in an engine running lean and hot. The jets in this kit are 32.5 pilot and 130 main jets (4 jets in total)

 

easy fitment, see last pictures. (Back plate is installed first with 2 bolts, then the filter goes on top with 5 bolts and spacers)


WE RECOMMEND ANY CARBURETTOR WORK TO BE DONE BY A PROFFESIONAL AS INCORRECTLY ADJUSTING YOUR CARBURETTOR WILL CAUSE YOUR BIKE TO RUN POORLY AND CAN LEAD TO ENGINE DAMAGE.
